This is my second testimonial about how perfect The Fountains is for our vacation in Miami Beach. We just love the building, the pretty grounds and the proximity to the beach and dining places. If your are a serious beacher and love having a full fridge to store picnic supplies, this is your spot. If you want Muzak in the lobby, constant commotion and large groups coming in at night after carousing, head north of Fifth — all the confusion is waiting for you up there.

Fabulous building and lovely apt

We have stayed many times at The Fountain. Building is beautiful and meticulously maintained. Wil, Diana and Karla take care of every need. The apt we rented for 10 days this year was sunny and quiet, best yet. We will be back!

Serenity!!

Just returned from our week long stay at Serenity By The Sea- A two bedroom two bath apartment. The location was just a couple blocks from the beach. It was nice to be away from the crowds but close enough to everything! Our place was simple but clean and well equipped. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Wil couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. I would definitely recommend!

Our go to place to stay in South Beach!

My husband and I have been recurring clients there. We have stayed there at least 4 times and having tried other places, we can honestly say that this has been the most quiet, clean and comfortable place within this price range in the area. The owner is very accommodating & you won’t regret choosing this place. It is speckless & at a walking distance to a lot of popular touristic spots in South Beach, yet again, very quiet. We will definitely come back!

Super stay once again!

We have stayed here so often we have lost count how many times it actually is! This of course speaks volumes.
Super location near to the beach and nightlife, all only a few minutes walk or quick bus ride away.
Quiet and relaxing environment with absolutely everything you could possibly need making it home from home.
Always very clean with plentiful fresh smelling linens.
Wil is always available for any assistance and incredibly helpful.
Recommend to all!

Perfect location and accomodations

Couple of Baby boomers spending a four day mini vacation in South beach. Great location for walking to restaurants, clubs,parks,beach or can rent a bike or free trolley. Accommodations were in a quaint,friendly neighborhood, safe and the entry way /lobby were lovely which fit in with the art deco theme. We rented a cute studio, queen bed, kitchen and impressed on how clean the room was, I called ahead of time requesting fragrance free and natural products to be used by housekeeping due to my allergies, and they happily accommodated us.
Wil the manager, was very accessible by phone or text (we had questions about the TV and about parking). We decided at the last minute to park our car the street, in the assigned zone for a daily fee (as opposed to the covered parking ramp). It was more for our convenience,we had a couple engagements out of south beach which required access to our automobile. We were always able to locate a parking space and the car was safe,due to great security in the neighborhood. My husband and I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

The best choice in Miami Beach

Definitely the best choice in crazy Miami Beach : this is my second stay in Miami Beach and without hesitation, my fav rental : in a very peaceful area, the condo is quiet, lovely, clean in a beautiful and green garden, away from noisy and crazy area.
Wil, the owner, is very helpful and answers any question, any time very quickly – always willing to help and make your stay memorable.

Would recommend The Fountain to anybody looking for vacation rentals in Miami Beach !

Great accommodation & superb location

I am just back from my third stay in this property. Everything has always been perfect : very well equipped & clean apartment, nice tropical garden, great location (5 min walking from South Beach) in a residential area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone willing to enjoy Miami Beach in a quiet environment, far away from the noise of its crazy nightlife. Do not hesitate to book!

I very often spend my holdays in Miami and this Condo is the best place in South Beach. It is clean and well kept.
Wil is a perfect host, very attentive to all needs. I really enjoyed staying in his apt.
The apt has all the necessary amenities as described. It is clean and comfortable. I will come back here again for sure and I can recommend this apt.

This is the best solution if you spend your vacation in South Beach.
The apartments are great, spacious, perfectly equipped and really nice!
You can find everything you might need to live in the apt, but also what you need to go to the beach.
The Location is simply perfect: 5 min walk to the beach, really closed to many restaurants, cafe, supermarket and public transportation.
The street is far away from any kind of traffic and everything is so quiet.
Last but not least Wil and his staff are amazing: they will support with everything you might need and they always try to satisfy your requests.
We will definitely continue to spend our vacation here!!!

Very nice, comfortable and cozy

Very nice, comfortable and cozy apartment! Convenient to the beach just a short walk. Perfect for two couples or a family of 4. Close to all your shops and restaurants.

Very close to everything, 5 minutes from the beach. Check in was very detailed and easy to access. Our rooms were clean and colors were great, numerous updates done. Bed was very comfortable, we would defintely stay here again

Great, quiet place in South Beach

The *only* way to stay in South Beach!

Super clean and well-appointed. Check in and key retrieval are explained thoroughly, check out is easy. Comfortable bed, great shower, spacious kitchen. When we come back to Miami, we’ll book here again!

Clean, Quiet and near everything

We are repeat customers at the Fountain. We highly recommend it. Wil and Diane do a great job. The apartment was clean, up to date, very well equipped (kitchen utensils, beach gear etc.) very comfortable bed within a secure beautifully landscaped environment (pool and barbeque). It is located on a very quiet street, that gets very little traffic yet it is within walking distance to excellent restaurants, South Beach’s Ocean Drive and beautiful South Point park and Marina.

Great location and cost effective

I had a very nice time at the Fountain Rentals condo. Very quiet neighborhood but close to beach and lots of restaurants. Large space with lots of sunlight (was on 3rd floor). Was a very relaxing and nice place to stay.

Best Stay in SoBe

The Fountain is our favorite place to stay in South Beach. Conveniently located near grocery, well-stocked local markets, great restaurants. All amenities are considered throughout, including WiFi. The newly-renovated building is a short walk to Collins Ave and Ocean Dr.
Wil is dependable and quick to respond. Best value, best location, beat stay in Miami!

Everything is near, and comfort app

We stayed at the tropical getaway for a week, and we couldnt have enjoyed it more. Near both beach, resturants and shopping it is a perfect location to stay at SoBe!

We love it there

the place is gorgeous. Wil and Diane keep it clean and quiet. Magnificent South Point park is right there. You wake up with the view of palm trees growing by your windows. The best part of South Beach is about 5 min walk. To get to Miami you can just take a bus right there and have a nice ride across the bridge. Ocean drive restaurants and clubs start 2 blocks away but you leave all the noise there when you come back home. It feels so good there… Thank you Wil and Diane.

A great base for a holiday in South Beach

The apartments are well located for a stay in South Beach. Within 5 minutes of the beach and Ocean drive, and well located for a walk around South pointe or driving across the MacArthur causeway into the city. Wil is was really responsive and understanding. This was our second consecutive year in Miami and staying at the Fountain ~ if we choose to return to Miami, we will book here again.

Superb!

I was there for 5 days, really enjoyed the closeness to the beach and Washington Ave. The room was wonderful and clean, with private wifi with excellent speed. The pool area was comfortable and clean. Will recommend to my friends!

Peaceful, serene and comfortable

My flight arrived early and the owner and staff were very accommodating in preparing the room early for me. I felt comfortable and safe during my stay. I slept pleasantly and I had a hard time leaving. Would definitely book this suite again in the future. Lovely space, grounds and atmosphere. Clean, quiet and peaceful.

We were very happy with our recent stay! The apartment was nice and clean, the grounds were lovely and the location is excellent. This was one of those deals where you get exactly what you anticipated based on the info provided and the pictures. Highly recommended!

Great stay in “Sleek Sobe Suite”

We enjoyed 3 days in this wonderful suite: comfortable facilities, very well equipped kitchen, roomy bath, it was silent and clean.
After discovering South beach by foot it was great to relax at the swimming pool. Parking was in 5 min walking distance.
We had first class service before and during our stay – thank you very much, Wil !!

When we come back to Miami I would choose this location again.

Return visitors to our favorite spot…

This is the 5th or 6th year we’ve stayed at the Fountains and I echo all the pleased reports you see here. The apartment is kitted out perfectly for people who love to walk and beach. We don’t even rent a car while we are there, which pleases us greatly. The management does a good job discouraging people who only want to come to SoBe and party. The building is lovingly maintained, in a superb neighborhood, close to Deco Bike Rental which we used a lot. We have already booked for 2019.

First time in Miami and

First time in Miami and it was great. The apartment was so cute. Beach towels, dishes, pots and a blender! It was so close to the beach. It was a nice neighborhood and i would defiantly come back

There was some construction on the street in front of the building which concerned me initially, but it turned out to work in our favor. It kept traffic off of the street, and you couldn’t hear the work in the condo. The amenities were great, I found everything I needed in the kitchen to cook meals every day. I really think we’ve found our go-to spot in south beach from here on out! Also, Wil is amazing. Super responsive and accommodating. It was an all-around great experience.”

Loved this place, it was absolutely fantastic. The owners had clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the running of these apartments. Everything was very organized and informative, up to and during our stay. The shower was great, the kitchen had many utensils and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There were also lots of shops and restaurants nearby which was very convenient and the beach was a few minutes’ walk away! We purchased the parking pass which allowed us to park our car rental a few blocks away, this worked out great but in all honesty I don’t think we would bother with a car next time, everything was very nearby. We loved the space and design within the apartment itself and can’t wait to come back and enjoy the apartments once more on our next vacation to Miami Beach. Thanks!
